Safari macOS/iOS 17+:
  WebGPU: Settings → Feature Flags → WebGPU
  WebGL: enabled by default; if missing, reset Safari settings or update macOS/iOS.

Chrome / Edge:
  WebGPU: on by default since Chrome 113; if broken check chrome://flags/#enable-unsafe-webgpu
  WebGL: on by default; if broken check chrome://flags/#disable-webgl is not set.

Firefox:
  WebGPU: go to about:config, set dom.webgpu.enabled to true (Nightly recommended).
  WebGL: go to about:config, ensure webgl.disabled is false.

Or tell Mitch he broke things... again. Check the console in that case. If you're seeing this things went horribly wrong somewhere unexpected.
